Vazir Group is an immigration advisory company based in Dubai, UAE, that specializes in designing personalized immigration and relocation strategy. What brought them to us was our experience fintech systems. They already had a system in place, and needed us to build an
online booking system and a payment gateway that integrates with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, as well as with their existing system.

This was a great experience for us. Vazir Group’s clients came from all over the world, and they used a variety of different online payment systems. We had to build a system that gets the job done, with extra emphasis on compatibility and reliability.

When serving a global customer base, compatibility is crucial. Whether the client pays using credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or Apple Pay, our system had to be ready to accept it, acknowledge reception, and transfer the amount to Vazir Group’s bank, the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. Multiple currencies, time-zones, and languages all were taken into account.

Reliability is very important in financial transactions. The user has to be able to easily transfer money and see clear and concise receipts. They often need the receipt in their emails as well. In case of an error, the error messages has to be descriptive. Luckily, these were nothing new to us, and our system continues to run with solid reliability.

There is no need to explicitly mention how important security is in fintech. Credit card and other banking information can be stolen, harming the user and tarnishing the name of the company. Vazir Group placed a lot of trust in us when they gave us this project, and we have kept it unbroken. The whole system runs on secure HTTPS protocol using TLS technology, and additional reinforcing is being done whenever the industry discovers new vulnerabilities.

A payment gateway system can never be called ‘finished’, specially in today’s fintech environment. Our systems are built to be easily scalable. Should Vazir Group call on us to integrate a cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin, we can do that with zero disruptions and minimal downtime.
